Kato Kisen, the core company of the Group, was established as a shipping company between Osaka and Kagawa in 1877 and has been operating for more than 140 years since its foundation.
We have always provided new services as a pioneer in the cargo and passage transport industry on the Seto Inland Sea since commencing regular cargo and passenger services between Osaka and Kagawa in 1928.
